Our story begins in the small, picturesque municipality of Tar-Vabriga, where we decided to open a restaurant that would not only offer good food, but would tell the story of Mediterranean tradition, taste and hospitality. Like rosemary, which grows in the stone gardens of Istria, our restaurant was created with love for tradition, nature and simplicity.
